    Hey, nice information ! You worked so well to prepare this video. The description is also nicely written !
    Pohaa is good. Add nutritious vegetables in it to make it healthy. Don't add potato if you are monitoring your weight.
    Also, upmaa is a good option. It is made of rawaa which is coarsely ground wheat.
