The difference is with the purpose of each of them.a.workshop is usually with the internal stakeholders of the company for gathering business requirements b.focus groups is usually with the external stakeholders (customers, suppliers etc..) to get their opinion and feedback on an idea or a developed product. c.brain storming is for brainstorming solutions and ideas for resolving a business problem or satisfying a requirement. I believe they are called just meetings if you are clarifying for current sprint but for future sprint these are termed as refinement sessions
