This channel should be a million times more popular than it is!!. I found this channel while preparing for a Director Level position, I was offered the job but things happened and I did not accept an offer. After regrouping, I applied for a BA position. I studied, watched multiple videos over and over, quizzed myself, ordered the questions and I GOT THE JOB! no BA experience, my background is Administrative Support for 15 plus years.
I literally have no experience nor degree but I met a ceo of a tech company and he recommended I apply for the BSA position. This was so informative yet a lot to digest but I feel as I’d I keep watching this video I’d be prepared not only for the interview but as a resource while I’m on the job! Thank you

@@Just_PureContent I canceled the interview because i didnt think I had enough experience. I interviewed for a different type of analytical position which is looking very promising! They told me I'm the top candidate and even showed me the office where would sit! They said they have to do some paperwork but would let me know I got the job tomorrow. Everything is looking really good!!!! 😁😁😁
It was more about envolvment - thus BA having a feedback from Unit Testing. Not Always the case, but usually will have info to forward to stakeholders about the overall progress.
I would recommend you to work in technical team as a tester first and learn the flow and internal business process. That will help you to confidently speak in a meetings. You would think that it's easy, but I will explain why it's tough, you need to understand the subject or situation perfectly, to speak , Analysis, questioning and proposing will need a lot of good listening, interpersonal ànd software business knowledge. In my career ,I have seen people who come from testing and other walks of technical roles. Most importantly you need to have a good writing skills.
@@monicaappz8901 this is a great recommendation I want to transition from operations into IT- BA. My current job tittle is logistics analyst II, the company implemented D365 in August and it made me realize how disconnected IT is from actually understanding what the needs are at a warehouse/ production/ inventory/ accounting and order entry level. I’m not sure how to pivot into it without having all the programs mentioned (python) etc under my belt. Im familiar with all the other topics mentioned here, I have taken 5 MBA classes and have more to go but I definitely need guidance.
Yes If u r determined to your goals then you can Do anything means anything only thing u need to do is hardwork. Also in the ERA of internet everything is free just dedicated to your goals have patience . Best wishes to your future 👍
