The board is wood waste and strong glue! If it gets hot, it's a nightmare! And very poisonous. All this work I had to do once again using a pure wood. (P.S. May be in my country they used a very bad glue??).

I didn't smell anything so far...but I also didn't use the bed at very hot temperatures (it doesn't get that hot where I stayed 😅) it could be that they used a different glue here, because I know people who use these boards for furniture and they neither have any problems..I don't know..the reason I used this board is that pure wood (in these measurements) is harder to get in my country.

Is your car a corsa?.. good ideas as not many corsa modifications on you tube.. I’m 5:10 in height and seem to struggle without taking one passenger seat completely out to make a platform..
Yes it's an corsa c. I'm 5,3 tall and I fit perfectly, but I imagine it could be difficult for someone taller. Perhaps you could indeed take out the backseats, but then it might again be too short because of driver's seat. Or you could make the platform higher, to have a longer area to sleep on. But in then again you might have less space towards the roof.

Too complicated. I just slide board in up the passenger front seat, and chuck a mattress and sleeping bag on. Easy
