There is a giant issue with 2 player and 4 player splitscreen with gt7!!! I was so upset but it sucks, first player always has an advantage. They are always faster even with the same car. You can Google it, it's a known issue since release and yet has to be fixed!!!
The viable way this 4-player split screen would work is in actual event venues... and when you don't have 4 PS5s to play with. :P It's really impressive how the PS5 is capable of handling 4 force feedbacks wheels at once without breaking a sweat.
Aren't the wheels powered by a wall outlet? That's how mine is on pc and the wheel adds no stress on the pc whatsoever according to thermals and usage.

@@adambrock284 me and my brother we went to play split screen and he was car 2 and i was car 1 i was o straight 20-30km/h faster than him (depend on the car) and thats just unplayable as car 1 i won every race the grand turismo sport did not have this problem

You have to go to the garage first and then when you select your car press triangle to add it to your favorite. The split screen mode uses all cars that are from your favorite list not your garage

your techniqually incorrect, todays performances on consoles have nothing to do with the powered wheels.
Force Feedback is about as difficult on a cpu as running a speaker.
I'm thinking the lack of latency between players (being on the same system) makes this better than having multiple systems.
