+Short North Hanks has the best oyster happy hour by far! There are plenty of other seafood options at the Wharf (Hanks has a location there too) along with an open air seafood market. Hot N Juicy Crawfish in Woodley Park (right across the street from the Woodley Park-Zoo metro station) is also a great option for Cajun-Creole style seafood.
