可以發現一個細節，1981年演習就已經在使用發煙判定喪失作戰能力的單兵系統，這種東西在剛改開最窮的時候解放軍就迫切的用上了，對比經濟起飛時期的台灣，國軍陸軍似乎一直以來就沒見過在這些細節上琢磨。
解放軍在哪怕最窮的時候，都沒有放棄一些能實質提升內在戰鬥力的東西，而國軍其實從退來台灣開始除了有美國的支援在海空軍方面能拿到先進一籌的裝備外，基本上就沒怎麼仔細琢面這些內在的事物。
因为早期你们也没有被大陆攻击的担忧。当时中国已经和上面苏联下面越南严重交恶了。基本上已经是命悬一线了。而且那时候自研坦克并没有能够大量列装，而且面对苏联的t62和他背后的空陆作战体系很难正面对抗，只能尽量提升单兵素质。
