Im starting this year with about half of my 2000 point ork army built. nothing has paint yet and the daunting task of painting them is upon me. you did that. the hooks are in deep, lore really was the gateway drug. I just wanted to learn about the primarchs and orc clans. Now I'm building Ghazghkull Thraka an army to take down Angron.
Grats guys, I tend to binge your content whenever I'm on midnight shifts. Funny enough I'm not a (or was not) a Warhammer fan but you guys got me interested in it. Funny enough I listen to a lot of documentaries on RUclips while I work, so the system randomly auto played your sister's of battle video while I was in the middle of a repair, I wasn't able to get at my phone and, I remember thinking "Eww Warhammer". Then when I heard you say "they will drop a church on you from orbit" I was hooked. Being an engineer/maintenance guy I really love the The Adeptus Mechanicus Lore. But I think they got one thing wrong, you don't pray to a machine to make it work, you curse at it until you find the one insult that make it mad and makes it mad enough to work. 🍻

This year, I got into warhammer, finished my first year of college, declared a second major (math/stats double major now), made deans list twice, TA'd my first class, started tutoring math, and as of last week, I started my first grad-level class, graph theory. Its been a wild, and productive year for me, and I'm glad to see that its going well for others too! Your videos have definitely helped me this year, I listen to them to relax a lot. You guys are my favorite source of warhammer lore. The laid back feeling that this channel has compared to a lot of warhammer youtubers is nice.

For those wondering, yes basic training is hard but there’s only so much you can push yourself physically. And that’s the point, to push you to your limits and then berate you to break you down and find new limits. Basic is a mental game more than anything. Make it through the first two weeks and you’re golden.

I read the ENTIRE deathworlders webnovel. The scifi r/hfy about first contact, having a raider ship drop in the middle of a hocky game in Vancouver. Their pulse rifles were calibrated like a big man's punch... the hockey men creamed 15 of 16 aliens mostly accidentally... Long story short the special forces unit that was formed as they made first contact played 40k and there were a lot of references about the space emperor, and Da Boyz, and bugs haha. I was wondering what the heck that was all about, and your Orks was my intro. I am probably passed the point of no return. I dunno.

Starwars VS. Imperium of Man, the Imperium wins on sheer numbers. Even if starwars sheilds are comparable to the Imperium sheilds the imperium would win because starwars sheilds crumple if anything harder than an asteroid hits it, and a bullet bigger than the ship will definately break it. I think a Super Star Destroyer isnt even near as large as a 2nd class fleet ship, nor with comparable weapons.
Would you guys ever consider looking at AoS or WFB lore? Both are quite rich and decorated, AoS seems to be getting really interesting stories and tbh theres no-one outside of 2+ Tough covering it. Could be a gap you guys could fill in.
