In that guide is written documentation of settings in Cura for clay printing. You might find that helpful.
how do I print with a big nozzle? I'm trying to print with a 4mm nozzle and its super slow. I set the nozzle on cura 2mm and material at 1mm. layer height 1.2 mm and wall thickness 4mm

Excellent. I'm already having Cura slicing issues with a 1mm nozzle and plastic. PrusaSlicer did a much better job for me.
