I always enjoy your videos. They are very practical and useful to expand our vocabulary. I knew some of the expressions you shared in this video, but others were totally unknown to me.
Once I wanted to be a part of group that mostly went on tough tracking in Himalayan. It was my first track and when we reached at the point where I really faced the music , I realised my mistake to take the decision of joining that group but it was too late, there was no way to go back.
Hi Wes, my name is Duy, I would like to thank you for topics. I love to watch your channel. Today, I would to suggest if you could do conversations at the pharmacy video because I am taking with patients and customer everyday. So I need to improve my speaking skill and how to speak police when I handle complaints or concerns. Thanks again, Duy
Dear sir I really appreciate your dedication, commitment, and devotion which you show during your lecture! I watch some other female English teachers' videos, but the commitment and devotion are not there what you are doing.
This is a great lesson . If ask you a question ,what is the difference in meaning between these two: a) we're on the same line b) we're on the same page And also these two: a) he is a party animal. b) he is a socialbutterfly. Also between these two: .a) he is a lonewolf. b) he is a coldfish. 0:130:39
What beautiful phrases for using them in the natural environment! I really enjoyed watching and listening to your attractive presentation! Teacher Wes thank you so much!
Sir Wes, thanks a bunch for another vocabulary, phrases and idioms that I learned from you, like "social butterfly" happy and prosperous new year to you and your family...
Most of them are unknown to me. I guess it's crucial to be immersed in an English speaking context to be able to use these phrases. The good thing is I'm greatful to learn something new.
Thank you for your lessons. I always use images from them to create my Anki flash cards :) 3 out 9 and I heard of "wine and dine" but don't remember where. maybe in a game.
6 out of 10.🤩 One year ago, which I started watching your videos, it was like 0 out of 10. 😂 Thank you, Wes and Happy new year 🎊😊✨ Ps, when I watch your video, sometimes I see a baby Emi. And, now she's grown so much🥰 Kids grow so fast. Don't miss it.
Thanks for checking out the lesson. The phrase has a different meaning. 'Let's agree to disagree' actually means there are differing opinions while 'moot point' is something irrelevant. In the example I gave about what happens when someone dies, there could be disagreement, but ultimately nobody knows the final answer, which in that case every point is debatable. 👍
Thanks a lot. I learned a new phrases.
I have wondered chase in the cut to the chase thank you for the origin it now makes more sense

Hi Wes, is the phrase ’moot point’ similar to idiom ’let’s agree to disagree’?
Thanks for checking out the lesson. The phrase has a different meaning. 'Let's agree to disagree' actually means there are differing opinions while 'moot point' is something irrelevant. In the example I gave about what happens when someone dies, there could be disagreement, but ultimately nobody knows the final answer, which in that case every point is debatable. 👍

To pay through the nose

General Bajwa was the one who introduced this phrase "Same Page" to most of the Pakistanis.
The worst phrase we ever had 😢
Pay by nose
When your daughter came over and peck on your cheek it was very endearing. 😊😊😊
Knew was OJ in less than a second
to wine and dine
Do I need know all the students names that in the class? 😂😂😂
