This video is worth watching by the only one expression: the apple of YOUR eye. You adore your daughter. And it's so understandable and touching! Bravo monsieur! In this crazy overspeeding world, human beings lose their humanity. Excellent, relaxing, and educative video, plus an amazing environment. Chapeau monsieur!
Wow I really enjoyed this lesson because my relatives in Georgia often come up with idioms when we're writing or speaking, some of them I knew already but I learned some new ones too. So I think I'm prepared for the next chat with them. A lot of thanks for your effort! Greetings from Germany...
Thank you very much for your education. Subscribe immediately after one class. Personal, I think it is the best sound like a broken record that helping me stay on the ball.
"I was just looking for a video like this! Perfect. Thank you Wes. Yesterday I learned the idiom " to roll with the punches. For those who don't know the meaning it means to be able to deal with a series of difficult situations. Example: "I really like my sense of adventure and being able to roll with the punches if something doesn't go as planned".
I have learned a lot thanks to you!!! When I’m watching series and I get to identify one of these idioms I think thanks Wes!!!! I’ve seen this video about 50 times!! ❤

Congratulations, Wes! Very good video! Your accent and speech ratio is just perfect to me. Exception made for the new words, I can understand what you say most of the time. Kind regards from Brazil!
I think it would be helpful if you did a lesson on handy phrases to use for communication triage. That's when you are absorbed in an interesting back and forth texting conversation, when your phone rings, and you notice a incoming email you missed from your team leader asking about the status of a project. But just as you are considering how and whom to respond to first, someone you have been wanting to see for months walks up to you. Nowadays there are so many different means of communication that it is possible to be bombarded all at once with multiple interruptions. What phrases can we use to convey concern, acknowledgement, or a sense of urgency without hurting people's feelings or inciting anger while putting them into some sort of sequence or order? I suppose the idiom, "Take a number" is not one of them. Lol. Thank you for the idiom omnibus, Interactive English!

If your daughter Emmy princess were twins, would the idiom become the apples of Wes's each eye? We have a idiom "not to feel pain even if put it into eye" (adorable/lovely) in our indigenous way of expression.
