    Good information on your neighborhood of the Alamo Ranch. My concern would be how good are the schools there. I don't live in Texas, so I really would like to know which well reviewed high school and middle school in the Alamo Ranch. Thanks Greg.

      All of the schools in the Alamo Ranch area are very highly rated and it's one of the reasons my family and I decided to live here. We've had great experiences first hand. You can also research them further at www.greatschools.org by checking out the 78254 and 78253 zip codes.

      Not even gonna lie, the traffic is a little much... especially when my kids always want to go to Cane's or Chick-fil-a right in the middle of evening rush hour!

    You can still live happily and comfortably within the city limits. I like being A PART of my city/community. Not SEPARATED from it (living outside 1604, or feeling like you HAVE/NEED TO ).

    Drawback of Alamo Ranch............ TRAFFIC

    • @SanAntonioTexasLiving
      @SanAntonioTexasLiving  3 года назад +2

      Not even gonna lie, the traffic can be a lil much! I usually take FM 1560 to head north out of the area, or come in from either Lonestar Pkwy or Alamo Pkwy to skirt around Culebra. Then of course there's that long drive behind all the strip centers that you can use to skip over all the traffic. Most folks haven't figured that one out yet🤫

    • @hularock2705
      @hularock2705 3 года назад +1

      @@SanAntonioTexasLiving 1560 is getting bad too especially when you hit Helotes/Bandera Road. Its going to get even worse when FM211 connects Potranco Rd to Culebra....

    How does Alamo Ranch compare to Stone Oak ? Trying to decide between the two.

    • @SanAntonioTexasLiving
      @SanAntonioTexasLiving  3 года назад +1

      My latest video touches on the differences between the two at the 4:20 mark👇🏾

      Stay tuned though because I'm actually working on a full length comparison video of the two that should be out in the next few days. Have you had a chance to connect with our team about moving?

    What areas have the lowest property tax rates but still a safe area to live?

    • @SanAntonioTexasLiving
      @SanAntonioTexasLiving  4 года назад +1

      Great Question! If you look in the suburban areas ouside of city limits you'll find lower crime rates and lower property taxes. Outside Loop 1604 in the Far West, Far Northwest, Far North, and Far Northeast areas are great places to start.

    Hello everyone, can anyone give me info on tornadoes in Texas. It's the one thing that gets me nervous about relocating.

    • @SanAntonioTexasLiving
      @SanAntonioTexasLiving  4 года назад +1

      Great question! Most of the tornados occur further north in the state as you head towards Oklahoma.

    • @carolinecook2922

      We really dont get tornados in SA! Had one once over by Northern Hills bu Bulverde Rd, but was never a thing in SA! Its usually up North by Oklahoma & up!

      Ill be straight up with You homie, Whataburger shihhs on in & out. I live down the street from the in n out and i don't know anyone thats been there more than twice; but Whataburger is a weekly thing fr most, monthly thing fr the rest. I understand why in & out is as big as what it is cause its theme and its simplistic menu. However in terms of the actual burger & fries. Like cmon now. In and out do not want that problem.
