Thank you for the helpful video :) I have the steampod and love it, but I have unruly thick frizzy hair and am wondering whether to buy the GHD. I want to have silky straight hair even when the humidity is high. Would you recommend me to buy the GHD for that?
Hey there 👋🏽 for unruly thick frizzy hair I wouldn’t recommend the GhD straightener. It’s really difficult get your straight especially at the roots. As well as if you’re living in a area with high humidity your hair will changes immediately once you’re leaving the house. I would really recommend the steampod as I used it as well during humidity weather and it’s straights my hair great😊
Is it ok to use both the olaplex then straightening?
Next time please show us how you apply all the products and heat protectant spray
Hi, yes you have to use the Olaplex products before. Sure I can show it next time how to use the products before. I did it in some of my previous videos as well.
Hi there! I love all your Steampod videos, thank u so much for the detailed review! Do you feel that your hair is healthier with the Steampod and it’s less “damaged”? Do u also think that the Steampod stylist last longer than the GHD?
Also, do you find the Steampod very bulky in comparison to the GHD?
Hi there 🤗 Happy to hear this🎀 honestly spoken, after I straight my hair with the Steampod it looks and feels really healthy. I fall completely in love with the Steampod ❤️ and I have as well the feeling that it doesn’t damage my hair that much as other straighteners. But please still keep using heating protection products in order to keep your hair healthy and shiny. And definitely, the steampod last much more longer than the one form GHD. The hair is not frizzy but very shiny. And for my hair it stayed for roughly one week.
Well Compared to the GhD the steampod is bulky but not too much even if it looks like a giant 😁 so you can definitely work with it.

Hey Aliz, I’m still very satisfied with the Steampod 😍 honestly couldn’t find so far another comparable product expect the dyson corrale. But this costs twice as much as the steampod. And now I use the steampod over one year. Can definitely still recommend the product.

The new ghds are terrible and clearly leaves curly bits
I’m sticking the my original ghd, and original ghd max. Takes me very little time and I have thick curly long hair to my lower back.
The platinum plus is too bulky and you have to go over sections too many times and can’t get close to the roots. I bought it and only used once. Didn’t want to use again as it’s soo bulky and heavy lol xx terrible

I returned my platinum for a replacement and they gave me one that actually works. its really amazing compared to my original GHD, which really damaged my hair. The platinum has amazing temperature control. I feel like this girl got a defective product or needs to use a better comb with it.
I have my old ghd the thick one its so heavy but I love it its nearly 15 years old I hate the new ones x
