No matter what you think of Luka, he's top 5 on this list.
1. Durant - Length and skill is unmatched
2. Jokic - Stopping him usually means one of his teammates just got an easy bucket
3. Curry - Range and having to chase
4. Doncic - Range and strength, 1v1 lets him play bully ball and just back you down
5. Giannis - No, he can't shoot reliably but he doesn't have to. This generation's Shaq.

Jokic is taller and has more skill than KD, so your first point is already invalid.
Luka?? He’s going to be crying to the referee every time he touches the ball
Listen I mostly agree with this list, but did u see how Boston guarded Durant last year? He got clamped. Stephen curry is top 5 all time to guard. His speed is mental with the ability to hit any shot on and off a basketball court.
@@Jackson54321 Steph is definitely not top 5 anything besides shooting but still other players are harder to guard especially when they’re alot taller
Nikola Jokić transcends being a basketball player - he embodies basketball itself. He encapsulates the essence of the game as a whole, rather than being defined by individual statistical categories. So according to Stephen A's logic, is Shaq not one of the most hardest players to guard whether in todays nba or in early 2000s? He can't shoot from the perimeter or hit free throws so what makes Giannis different? And in no way am I comparing Shaq and Giannis but both of them lived in the paint and excelled at it.
1. Shaq was extremely skilled and smart. He had game. Like legit game. Legit post skills. Very high basketball IQ. Only thing Shaq lacked was a jumpshot.
2. Shaq had about 100lbs on Giannis. Giannis been bullied by the corpses of Kevin Love and Blake Griffin(I have seen it). He just long and athletic. Like a faster Rudy Gobert. There is a Ben Simmons side to Giannis. No bag of tricks whatsoever.

Luka is easily a top 3 most unguardable player. He was the MOST double teamed player in the league this year but still almost Lead the league in scoring. There isn’t a single player in the world that can guard him 1 on 1 if you put a guard on him he’ll post up if you put a big in him he’ll get to the basket, if you put a wing on him he’ll create space for a shot or still post up. I really like this list since he said Jokic as part of two 1s but I'm gonna say you should put Jokic as a sole no. 1. If you put him good/great teammates, that man can dismantle any defenses without even moving, completely opposite to what Steph does and still get the same lethality offensively. Also, Embiid being able to draw fouls by flops that's why he's regarded as "hard" to guard is funny 😂😂.

But he can't, and he never ever will
@Harrison Pointer I'm not saying he will I'm saying is he is so incredibly hard to guard without being able to do those things that's why he is high on the list
The problem I have with Giannis being #1 is that other guys like Jokic and Steph are deadly from EVERYWHERE. Inside and out. When you double team them, they make you pay by making the correct pass. There is no way to stop them. Giannis is dominant on the inside, but there is a clear way to stop him - pack the paint or hack him. Hey as a Giannis fan, i knew that loss against Miami would change his narrative. I guess he will need to prove again that he can win a chip !
yes he will. probably needs to change his game a bit too. gotta avoid injuries. as much as we love to see down hill players, the reason why lebron has lasted this long is cuz he developed his back to basket iso jumpers. that mid to outside ranger game means longevity. Bully ball runs out of gas. And he's the greek freak, but he's not built like Shaq "Diesel" and his game is more elusive and angular not straight up and down like Shaq's. That being said, Giannis will need to prove he can stay healthy. Bully ball youre prone to injury and, even though Durant is Top 5 player, if not for the Warriors run, he's not all that great cuz he's been injured quite a bit. Even now, Durant is good, but to be honest, he keeps coming up short, and he always injured. Lebron is one of the greatest and is better than Durant cuz of his durability and availability. Maybe its Luck. But Giannis has got to prove that he can be healthy and available all year long. Them injuries really messed them up so bad that they fired their head coach during a tumultuous time in their coach's life. Which is pretty crazy, but he probably needed some time away, but kinda messed up to fire him, instead of just allowing him to take a leave of absence and then build through your coaching roster. Your head coach dilemma makes hard for Giannis. I think Giannis will leave the Bucks. Not cool of y'all to fire the head coach like that. whats the point of playing for organization that won't support their staff like that. I know its a business but really nobody wanna play in Milwaukee. They crazy to fire the head coach.
@@relentlessthedragon Man, i agree 100% about Giannis needs to develop some moves in the post but it is not his game. I think they need to find ways to get easy buckets in half court which was awful for 3 years now.
The situation of Bud is sad ofc. Losing your brother is very hard. But, if it wasnot for that chip in 2021, Bud would have been fired. If Khris was there last year and we would have still lost, he would have been fired. The biggest problem with Bud is he is a great coach in the regular season. But in the playoffs, the man did not do anything to adjust. How many times against the C's or even against the Nets or the Suns we played drop coverage ?. I mean it os good to protect the paint but to not contest shots though ?. They did better this year but he was awful to see the Bucks blew leads in game 4 and 5.
