I don't see anything with fasting, either for an individual or for a nation. What is good needs prayer and the one that is not good equally needs prayer. However, the duration of the fast should be an individual's decision as it concerns your health and other factors. No one is forced to do what he or she cannot do. Beyond the fast, what you break the fast with is very important and setting a time apart to pray is the most important. Thank you for the content.
