- Let's learn how to talk about bad habits in English. In this free English class I will help you learn over 25 words and phrases that we use in English conversation to talk about bad habits.
Bad habits are things we do regularly that we shouldn't. These are things that are bad for our health, bad for our wellbeing, and just overall not good for us, but we do them anyways. Learning to talk about positive things in English is all well and good, but we shouldn't forget to learn how to talk about negative things as well.
In this English lesson you'll learn words and phrases like procrastination, speeding, chewing with your mouth open, biting your nails and more!

1 go/looked ALONG the street
2 walked TOWARDS the door
3 turned AWAY from the table
4 the street which ran BEHIND the building

6 men ran INTO the office etc..

To be not on time is an especially bad habit. It shows no respect and it offends the waiting person. With alcohol and cigarettes I do not have experience but when I was a kid, I believe I bit for some years my nails, even though I knew it was a bad habit, I felt forced. Until today, I had forgotten this strong feeling.
