Has 2020 and lockdown affected you?? Mental Awareness is not Taboo!!

So I've had a few issues with health and the Dr has been trying to get my bloods to the right levels of contents! Now I'm told it's caused by depression, caused by lockdown!

Not seeing friends and family had an effect working through has helped its great to see people out and about again and roads with cars driving up and down ,we cannot stay indoors for ever life must go on .
