Yeah, I know I was one of the people that was talking about the key being good early, but I would just like to state that I absolutely understand the decision to not take it if you are doing let's plays to keep the video length down.

COMMENT PSA: Secondary wand slots based on movement, lack there of, or time work even if you aren’t holding the wand and have the primary slots empty. There may be some others but I know it’s not all of them. Also, thank you for this game and all the other fun games I’ve played because of your videos.
Accelerator on either pillars or thunderstorm makes them move across the field. I like to join that with a homing strike or orbit, then they travel and kill on the fly.
You know... As somebody who doesn't make videos, anything that makes a run longer is also on my "eh... maybe not" list. EDIT: Also, with the newer unlocks you're really moving into the realm of the quirky interactions where combinations don't work quite as you'd expect. There's spells that work under different rules than most, and some custom interactions. The hammer is a notable and fun, example. I love having one wand that's just a pile of hammers and modifiers. :)
yall should try prism core. combines with split to make 3 of them at all time and they arent casted, theyre always active because theyre spell passives, not projectiles. plus, they do a hundred tiny hits which means great for stacking poison or usin the reapers mask to essentially high noon an entire room. if i had a way to show you what you can do with them, i would cause i have a game clip of such a high nooning
I am always surprised by how little some people value Rock n’ Ball and Split. You get more value with a spell and you don’t need to aim again with Split. Rock n’ Roll can take shots so enemy projectile that doesn’t have pierce would be stopped by it. I also like them together because Split till activates even if the reason the spell ended is that it died. Allowing it to block even more shots.
Hey Lee (specifically!), Poison is really strong in this game! You HAVE TO pick it every single time you play the game, because I said so and I'm a comment in the comment section >:D Also!! Taking shield damage isn't the same as health damage! You're welcome, you can be angry at the comments in peace now
Not yet at the 30 minute mark but the pain I am watching with your wands is stron. The one with sword is for damage dealt. It should have stayed with the Rock because it constantly does 45+ damage so you could have had it do way more and fire slower because it just spammed all the rocks into the walls. With the enemy hit want the sword you are dropping hits multiple enemies per drop and would have spammed laser or any other spell even like the Rock.
Volley is an incredibly game-breaking spell btw, if you string enough together you can get to 0 cost spells

tried with meteor, basically it removes the falling down animation, and it just BLAM on where your cursor is

The elite enemies count as a boss for unlocking the character needing Sword of Judgment.

Rebound afaik is mostly useless unless the spell falls from the sky and hits the ground and then it is really really good.
31:16 the ability it gives the book is that after several attacks (5 i think) it will preform a special teleporting attack.
