Hello, thanks for what you do. You helped my wife and I start to hydrate and train. Do you have advice on the best way to stride or impact your feet on the ground. My partner has right foot pain, but is healthy/exercises daily. ❤
Hello there and thank you for watching! Striding may be my next video. Can she look at the inside of her shoes and see if one is more worn than the other? If it has the Nike swoosh, one shoe may have a visible swoosh and the other isn't.

Is there a separate place to pick-up pre-purchased merch without having to do the virtual que to get into the shop? And when do you think the race routes will be released for Halloween? I feel it should be getting close and I'm excited. Thanks again for a great channel.
Hello there! Two great questions. I have never pre-purchased items but I was told that you can just go and get them. I would still try to get a VQ just in case. Courses normally come out about two weeks before the run. I don't think they will change much from January though. There isn't much you can do because they are land locked. @@mannyrunsdisney Thanks. I had noticed an e-mail for the January race sent last Oct noting the starting and finish lines, so I guess I was expecting something similar at this point and time. Hoping the 10k is starting at Disney Way again as our hotel is right by there and would be convenient (not so much if they start of the opposite side of the park, lol).
@@upsidown Good point about that email. I do think that will stay the same. The only other place they can start at and finish is by DL hotel but because they are going to start building things there soon, I think that it isn't viable.
