- Its Porgy Time! Well sorta. Headed out and gave it a go. Little cold still but it'll be getting going full speed any day now. Made some Ceviche and fried up the Atlantic Mackerel boneless on the Wok.

Hahah for real, I was siked on that Mack size. Honestly they taste incredible, if you de-bone and make them tender strip size it’s an awesome finger food appetizer
