IMO this is the WORST 2k ever released. I’ve played every 2k ever released. I’ve deleted this game 3 times already and I’m not messing with this game until next Gen. This is the WORST basketball gaming experience ever.

If you shoot with the pro stick and the meter off you can get a super duper boost. You can green 3 different ways (center/excellent timing, slightly right or left/excellent timing, center/slight early or late timing)

Some badges work better on the lower tier. Catch and Shoot and Corner Specialist works better on silver. Volume shooter works better on bronze as well.

You just now seeing this shit? Been seeing years ago that that shit didn't add up. Rating, badges etc. That's why lockdowns had greenlights from 3 last year. It's just all about having the right shot. The game is RNG ever since they said they wanted to control the % players could make a game to make it more realistic to real life. Ever since then the game has been trash for me. They need to take that system out of the game and just let us play. Everything doesn't have to be so realistic. It's a game to begin with.

Yo Rease. Im a scoring machine (blue n green) with 81 3pts, used to shoot 1 for 4 approx in the park, using no shot meter or pro stick whatever u name it, 18 hof badges but still brickin. But then I watched Brute video and it changed my game, im shooting 4 outta 5 even tho theyre all whites, what I did was shoot with the pro stick with no meter on. Focus on the timing but try to be as close as center as possible, not wide left or right. Im making whites slightly late or early, nearly centered. Try it out. Im shootibg worse in my career but when i went to the park it was WET.

2k lost all of its integrity after 2k17 and changed everything that made it competitive and enjoyable to play. Sad thing is they have no competition so the community will continue to buy the game year after year regardless of how trash it is lol and that’s the reality.
Best badges would be HOF flexible release, HOF hot zone hunter, HOF range extender, HOF Green Machine, & Gold Deadeye. Upgrade deadeyes on gold and flexible release on gold/hof and get rid of your cold spots on the floor you’ll be good. Shooting isn’t as hard as everyone is making it to be frfr

Try flexy, diffy, volume, deady, range, catch & corner on gold......green machine & hot zone on hof! Base 38- any NBA pg with an A- or above 3pt & middy (find in real nba roster). This combo won't turn u in2 a "green machine", but as long as u take smart shots ur make percentage is gunna go up
If I was just a random guy that didn’t know anything about 2k and you showed me gameplay of every 2k from 2018-2020, I would literally have no idea which game was which. They all look the exact same. No upgrades, no graphic changes, just the same game with a different title and new servers.

I’ve got a friend with a pure sharp 99 3pt 30 badge build that can’t shoot no more. And then he buys VC for a play shot and can green every shot with 4 badges... same thing happened to me but on my pure shot creator, I could green from 3 ft behind the line every time, and after like 300 games played every shot is broke. I deadass feel like 2K has a system where if you play a lot on the same player it makes him trash so you have to get a new build, and maybe even buy more VC. ITS BULLSHIT

I've decided not to even bothering playing My Career this year because it would be a waste of money & time because you can't transfer your player to Next Gen if you have the regular version. This is the 1st time since current gen that I've played My League, but I'm enjoying it

You’re too focused on badges. You can have 40 shooting badges and still miss off timing. Put your shot meter on and put flexible release on hall of fame until you’re on the line 99.9% of the time then turn your shot meter off. Simple.
