😂 Ah, the 90s.
Technically, that happened in 1985. We know, because this episode is a continuation of Season 3, Episode 8 and 9, "Low in the mid-80s', and they mention what year it occurred. Also, that's how Grace finds out about Diane the 1st time because Will ducks to avoid her in the end of Episode 9 in the flashback, which causes her to run off into the rain in the actual time.
The joke is that hyper organized gay men like Will iron their jeans. Didn't have much to do with a certain decade. Or even with gay men in general.
Surely everyone irons their jeans though?
These were the 9 best-written minutes in the history of the entire series.
The timing of Harry Connick's "WHAT?!?" - pure brilliance.
And then Leo just turns around & leaves, disgusted.

Hands down best episode of Will & Grace ever! The lines, the timing, the reactions and the acting formed a complete synergy, making this phenomenal episode a classic. Mira Sorvino and Matt Damon were two of the best Guests on Will & Grace.

Everyone works their a- off in this scene and are all excellent but Mira Sorvino is perfection, she is the anchor that holds everyone together and makes the whole scene work, she doesn’t play it for laughs and in the end is funnier than ever!

Grace being so bothered that Will slept with Diane over her husband. Namely because Grace wanted to be the one he slept with to assure he was gay. However Will didn't want to ruin their friendship by doing so.
They never state Karen's bisexual but she's so clearly is. They just state she's too drunk to know the difference. I love when Diane says she doesn't need to drink but it makes sex more enjoyable. Than Karen starts pouring wine into a glass as if she wants to get her drunk enough to fool around with her.
Did you see though? Karen wasn't refilling her wine glass. She was filling her water glass. LMAO. Much bigger glass. ROTFLMAO.

I love this episode but I'm so glad they fixed it in the newer seasons because we actually never really focused on Will's trauma and everything was more centered on Grace's feelings while in the latest seasons they managed to give Will more depth too
