Shout out to my 12 year old son Joey for being my camera man and thanks to ifootage for sending me the product to test! If you have any questions please drop them in the comments and I'll do my best to answer them!

Hi Joe, it's funny but I love using a tripod. I don't usually go out on a photography trip without one. All the best Steve.

It's sort of one of the reasons I prefer the smaller format cameras as they have always had really good hand holdability with the stabilisation and lightweight etc but after using this there's something nice about it. It does make me feel like I lose a bit of mobility but for video work it's a game changer :)

Yeah absolutely right, for video it totally ups the quality of the footage. Keep well mate.

I mention it in the video bud I'm 5 ft 9 these days because all the weight on my back shrank me in the military lol
No aches using it but without sounding weird I don't really get aches other than when i run a couple of days later lol
Hope that was helpful enough? :)
