dear, mention your mobile phone model? now follow these steps. open mi unlock software in windows and lgoin that same mi account from which you unlocked your set bootloader before, do not login into mobile, once bootloader unlocked then no need to login into device again for re unlocking bootloader, all you have to do is to sign in into mi unlock software in windows, boot the set into fastboot mode and unlock the bootloader. but only one thing which need to be check is to turn ON oem unlocking

In some cases oem unlocking already turned ON, just try to unlock bootloader only first, no need to sign in mi account in mobile phone, open mi unlock and sign in mi account same from which you unlock redmi note 4 bootloader first, and try unlocking it again, hopefully it will work

yes, flashing lazyflasher is very important to avoid getting stuck at boot...it happened to me once on Redmi Note 4

reunlocking requires only to login same mi account in mi unlock tool, then boot mobile into fastboot then reunlock

yeah its done still 99% after it says go to mi unlock status add account but it can't add account in mi unlock status
