Shanice is clearly is and has always been a talent but these days talent is trampled under foot by those in the industry pushing lesser talent. These have more brand appeal to the demographic and are generally disposable but stifle the real deals. This is particularly the case here in UK. Hopefully the web can bring back the age of the stars practicing in their garage! Or have those days gone by now?
