I can attest to the unit being water "resistant" It fell out of my ATV into the snow and I did not find it for 3 weeks, still works perfect. Thanks for the video.
Great review and look at the Telesin T-10 remote. I have only had it for a few weeks now but the only 2 things that are disappointing with this remote are (as mentioned in the comments) you can change video modes but dont see the changes (standard, activity and cinematic) on the display, and when using Time warp you can't use the speed ramping feature (at least I haven't found out how) with this remote, I use a magnetic chest mount (Snap mount) and cant access the back screen to start the feature I have to use the mode button on the side of the GoPro or the Quick app on my cell phone. but when you consider the price $32.99 as opposed to the $79.99 price of the actual GoPro remote, I can learn to live with it!
Yes its a much cheaper alternative i would mainly use itnto start and stop recording , a gopd remote in a budget but nit as good as the original obviously
Thanks bro! I’m unable to get the official go pro remote delivered to my current location, so this review has been helpful, as I’m thinking of getting the Telesin T10.
The button on the left cycles through different presets - so far so good. But nothing changes in the remote display, so you have no idea which preset is selected.
I purchased this remote control with looks very smart and well made. It works also perfect. The only concern is the much too short Velcro belt with is may be suitable for the wrist of a little girl....
i ve got a version with a light screen and it doesnt pair with my gopro 10 at all, always shows 'no-Sd' message, although another remote YOUCTOP pairs fine
Thanks for the great review! I'm trying to find out how long you can shut down your gopro (Hero8 in my cace) from your remote and wake up the gopro again from the remote. And is there a setting for this?
I honestly dont remember how long it takes , but based from my experience with original hoprp remote i think the more time gap the less likely it is to reconnect and you have to manually refresh the connection
Hey Tomasz! Great overview of the Telesin T10 Remote. I'm trying to think thoroughly where I'll be using it besides recording from the front window of your car (It's because voice command isn't really reliable). And I don't often press record then go towards a distance to capture a scene. Furthermore, because you have bluetooth on, it will suck the juice out of the GP10's already fast draining battery. BUT, have you found it essential to your workflow, Tomasz? I don't want to experience buyer's regret again where it may just end up gathering dust.
Unfortunately i havent spent so much time with it to test it thoroughly , but since you can turn camera on and off battery life shouldnt be really a big.issue. its gonna be worse thay if you didnt turn on wireless connection but you can minimise.screen brightness to compensate for it
@@Tomasz.Nowacki Thanks as usual. Decided to ignore the remote. First, I'm so stupid in not realizing I can control the camera via smartphone (though with regards to distance, the T10 remote's the winner). Second, the Telesin seller here does not give the standard one year warranty on their items but only 7-days. So, once it breaks, so does the price you paid for it (although it's way cheaper than the GP remote). I would've invested in a GP10 remote had I known it was waterproof. Does it work underwater by the way?

Doing this will turn on second camera but put first camera in photo mode. Just press start button to put both cameras in video mode... you're welcome.

Ohhh i haveny tested wuth 11 at the time of making this video perhaps its not that well compatible , i will try to test it tonight and see how it goes for me ! And let you know !
Can you tell me how to shut it off. I switch between the modes and when I try to hold the button long - it shows the "charging" window, and sits like that until the battery dies. ???
@@Tomasz.Nowacki Tank You for replying. When I do that, it turns off for a second, then fires back up in the CHG screen. Press again for 3 seconds, it turns on. I font know about that cfg screen but it doesnt look like normal. Try to reset your wireless connections on the camera maybe pairing it again can solve the problem

GP8 set on 20 min loop for MC rides. The camera will loop record (all files for 5 mins) continuously and the remote stops at 20 minutes. At that point I can't tell what the camera is doing by looking at the remote. What do I not understand? TIA!
Please contact telekinesis support maybe u have a faulty unit, but I haven’t used mine for 20 min straight, I think it all depends to which camera u are using some work better than others
If you are into any kind of water sports these are not waterproof . probably wont even keep out heavy rain . I have had 2 now and both fogged up and wouldnt turn off and now wont charge and are stuffed . Not recommended for anything near water . if youre not going to go near water prob be pretty good

Umm, I think you ought to look at the recent reviews on Amazon. 18% ONE star. Not good. Too many people on RUclips are hyping something that is completely undependable. I would not go near this remote.

how strong is the usb magnet? is the adapter heat protruding from the back or is it flat?

Does it let you know when the camera shuts off because a lot of go pros shut off and you don’t know you’re not recording any more

Zoom in and out ? U cant do that using the remote control
