- The colour orange is associated with High-Energy, Motivation, and Drive. It is also known to increase the supply of oxygen to the brain which energizes us and stimulates brain activity. If you're studying, meditating, and want to get energized, give it a try and add it to your playlist! Happy listening and as always, thanks for being here. It's much appreciated.

For those looking for the robust colored noise, I found orange to be the deepest, overlayed a bunch of orange noise videos and paused them one at a time until I found the one that subtracted the most robustness from the overall noise. This was the one. This is the deepest, most robust colored noise I could find.
Appreciate the comment ADHDoug! I spend a lot of time making these so it's really nice seeing that people can hear the difference.
@@cognitivelyhealingGreat minds think alike! I have ADHD and find that sometimes color noises are more distracting than having no sounds. Except for orange, especially this one. Now if could stop scrolling through RUclips trying out sounds to help with ADHD study and concentration…and commenting on everything to subconsciously procrastinate…I’d get a lot more accomplished. LOL btw medication has made things SO much better.
@@stacieball977 glad you're enjoying the sound! Orange is definitely something different and I'm glad you can tell the difference. I procrastinate a LOT as well, especially with work. It's almost like I need to wait until it becomes dangerously close to a deadline for my brain to get sparked and started up. It's a problem but, also not a problem? If that makes sense. I say it's not a problem because sometimes I do my best work when I'm under pressure. If you don't mind me asking, what medication are you taking? I've personally tried Ritalin, Concerta, Adderall and Vyvanse. I liked Vyvanse the best out of them all...it was more of a controlled release I found and it didn't make me jittery, but all of them unfortunately make my stomach uncomfortable.
