The old Orange Noise Video I watched had a segment with the guy explaining orange noise as well as an intro, which would always wake me up. This lets me sleep undisturbed.
TV's might be an issue. What laptops, screens, monitors don't have a brightness feature? I have a Chromebook and I shoot the brightness down before sleep each night and boom! Complete darkness.
