Hi Alex, thanks for the nice comment. I share my hard work with all of you (Satch fans) with the on screen tab and if you are patient enough, you just need to copy them from there. The only persons who can have the guitar pro files are my students (I teach all over the world) after they agree to use the Tabs exclusively for personal practice and promise not to share them. Hi Marcos, do you mean the guitar solo? I usually play with Line 6 Helix Native all the time but since there is a wah-wah pedal in that solo, I used my Helix LT instead. There was just distortion and very light reverb from the controller (helix lt) and the wah of course. Then there was a delay from cubase set to 8th note with very little sustain. I hope that helps. Je préfère me donner un peu de temps je n'ai commencé la guitare que recemment en avril, j'ai eu mon electrique en juin et j'ai encore beaucoup de mal avec le mediator et mon string muting est une catastrophe lol ! mais j'ai enregistré tes vidéos dans un coin au chaud je vais les regarder regulierement jusqu'a que je me sente capable d'essayer ! Je viens juste de découvrir les joies du travis picking je pense trainer encoe un peu la dessus avant d'attaque autre chose !

Love this brother- I’m slow, having trouble following your tabs-looked everywhere for an ebook or whatever so I know the mechanics-right now I’m by ear only and I am struggling-any advice on where to go? Happy to hear from anyone- I’m playing this song in front of about a 100 people we are having a party for in June..... appreciate any input-ed
Hey Ed, there is many ways that could help you playing this song.. Did you noticed I made a backing track? You could just play over it for a while, to get comfortable with the key.. Then you could slow down RUclips while you learn the lead and repeat any few bars at the time.. Then of course, if you have PayPal and zoom, you could take guitar lessons directly from me (my email is superkickassman@gmail.com I hope this will help.. 👍😊🤘

The sound isn't really to my liking and the interconnectivity between cubase and guitar pro doesn't allow me (yet) to have a good drum sound.. What you get with those videos is the best I can offer you 😊 I suggest you try pausing the video for harder parts.. The guitar solo lesson is coming soon.. Ish..

I played it in B minor .. I took the original track and transposed it half a step higher so everyone who isn't tuned in Eb could play it in the same scale Joe is playing on the album..

Yes, I transcribed every part of every song and recorded all backing tracks and guitar covers of Shapeshifting in Standard Tuning..
