If the red key and the black key are in the hellcat...then the red key wins every time.
500 only. you can't have both keys so it's best to hide the black one and ride with the red all the time u can tune the motor from the display still be alright.

Some fat slicks, 3 stage NOS kit and you'll murder 99.99% of everything in a street drag race. It's up to you if you want to cut a bunch of weight out of the car and go to the race track. I would just use it as my daily driver with cheater slicks and the NOS in the trunk, just to guarantee a win for all the tuner punks on the street. ;o)
Forget NOS. Win all motor or not at all. Winning all motor is a better victory than winning because of NOS in the trunk. Better bragging rights.
Joshua Clark I agree but, the Hellcat already has a supercharger and every shit talking punk on the street has a gigantic bottle of NX and turbos in their cars. I'd rather extinguish any bullshit before it begins. The engineering and durability of the Hellcat will be around for years while all these crappy backyard tuner's engines will be pitching parts and oil all over the road. :o)

Downtime Well if you notice, they also blur the speedometer when hes going fast. So I'm assuming its so they don't get in any type of shit for going X mph on X street... Very unlikely to happen but better to be safe.

I wish the manufactures would give hp numbers from the wheels and not the crank. Because it almost seems like false advertising, especially when you go get your car dynoed and it's not what you expected. IMO
On average, you loose about %15 power between the crank in the engine and rear wheels. It can be a bit lower, depending on the type of engine and performance features. If you think about it, 600+ H.P. to your wheels is awesome.
Right now, these Hellcat shits are too expensive for the average bum. But when they begin hitting the used market, it'll be party time. Being a mass produced domestic product, the value will drop like a rock, relatively within several years. And 200 mile per hour performance will finally be in the hands of the working stiff. That's kind of a benchmark.
Theyre not expensive they're the same price as a fully loaded srt8 and still cheaper than cts-v with 200hp more, the most expensive is the jeep srt8 around 72k after taxes and fees

hellcat looks just like the other challengers.. and although i'm not a fan of the GTR whatsoever, i find it interesting that the v6 and it's computer driven technology is still enough to get hellcat fanboys upset.
Carl Stallins Because a GTR doesn't have 707 horsepower or a V8 which some people (like myself) prefer. And there are videos of Hellcat's beating GTR's, it comes down to the drivers and conditions. Oh, and a Z06 does 60 in under 3 seconds, which is just as fast as a GTR.

It's not fooling people. You get 707 at the crank, after drivetrain loss etc you make closer to 620 at the wheels.
your dyno sucks we have dynoed 8 of them this year and not one makes less than 671 hp to the rear wheels
+mk ninin you are fucking high if you think there is only a 5% power loss through an automatic or even a manual for that matter! At least 12% - 15% for a manual rwd and probably closer to 20% through an automatic. you need to get your shit calibrated sonny
