Could Wales seek independence like Scotland?

Wales has in many ways followed Scotland in developing its constitution, so as Scots vote in an independence referendum on September 18 could they be blazing a trail for Wales to do the same? Duration: 02:18

I hate being looked at as England's colony. Id prefer to be independent. Not because of trade, or brexit. Because of our culture literally being sucked into "British culture". I dont care about trade or money. I just care about tradition, and culture.
