Scariest thing in this movie are the doppelgangers of Johnny Depp and Seth Green. Note Decker , Garage doors kill 20-30 people a year and injure around 20000. The heavier ones , like that wood one in the film could possibly do something like that to a person if the safety locks were not working and/or the mechanism set up in a non-standard way. The spring systems are very dangerous when under tension. They are nothing to be messing with if you don't know what you are doing, especially the big 1.5 HP/double car garage/heavy ones..
Yeah we had one of those single door double garage ones. The door itself was metal with a metal frame and had 4 massive springs to tension it. We were in the process of replacing it due to how heavy and dangerous it was when the hook on one snapped. That door use to come down with a hell of a thud and took effort to actually slow because of the weight.

I will give Scream this: I think it instilled a deep fear in me that I can't get rid of. But once they hit the house party, the movie is just great. In a way, it really does feel like Craven shot it like he was shooting a teen comedy. Still, iconic and fun.
imagine how interesting it would be if kenny turned out to be the killer
For the alternate universe Scream, my money would be on Paul Verhoeven, who would have made a fine film, but it would have been misunderstood as a genuine slasher, and it would have sunk.
I am so excited to see new videos from Decker
"AH! Hello, worldwide web. I'm Decker Shado, the internet personality with th-"
The best hair!
"the worst audio."
hol up.
Dude, I'm guessing that on this day, SCREAM was released in theaters. And it made $173 million dollars at the box office, as well as receiving positive reviews by Critics.
close but not quite. 12/20/96
@@markmac2206 Oh yeah. I forgot it was a Christmas movie.
It did NOT receive positive reviews. At least not right away. Initially it was called a flop and "dead in the water" by critics.
Someone once said, "At some points, it's hard to tell Scream and Scary Movie apart."
I was waiting for a Decker Shado review!!
Keep rocking Decker! 🤘🤣
Am I the only one who has great concerned about the 2022 Scream film?
um, no. not after the last dumpster fire.
What's the concern?
I didn't know they were gonna remake it. It'll probably be awful
@@jamesduncan6729 It's not a remake. It's continuing where Scream 4 left off.
@@markmac2206 Scream 4 is easily the best sequel. 3 is absolute garbage and 2 is just ruined by that stupid fucking cafeteria scene.
Decker's pronunciation of "Lillard" never fails to make me giggle
I will give Scream this: I think it instilled a deep fear in me that I can't get rid of. Ever since I saw that movie, I keep thinking about how Casey was choked, then being so close to her parents they JUST have to turn around, calling for her mom but her voice is shot. Ever since then any scary dream I have I can't speak. I won't remember anything else about the dream except when I try to call out, my voice gets caught in my throat and I can't say anything.
"Top story- DEPUTY DEWIES DIAGONAL DONG!"
hahaha I f*cking lost it!😂
The movie officially turns 25!!!
Still amazed I watched it so young but loved it
My first introduction to Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox, David Arquette
Really happy Wes Craven managed to revitalize the slasher genre in the 90s when it was starting to wane
Love all these 90s actors and this soundtrack
Kevin Williamson knew how to write dialogue for teenagers
Equally scary and equally funny deconstructing the horror movie tropes and cliches with tons of meta references
New Nightmare was the precursor but this solidified it
Very sad how all these murders stemmed from Sidney Prescott's mother but it all ties back
Scream also lead to the creation of caller ID on phones
Happy I got to dress up for Halloween as Ghostface
Super excited for movie 5 next month
“What’s your favorite scary movie?”
Showgirls.
Friday the 13th. And the killers are, in order:
Friday the 13th: Pamela Voorhees
Friday the 13th 2-4: Jason Voorhees
Friday the 13th 5: Roy Burns
Friday the 13th 6-10, Freddy vs. Jason, Reboot: Jason Voorhees
Hey looking good Decker! Glad to see you dropping more content! The fine line between fair and crass has nothing on you my gloriously curly friend. HURT ME MOAR SNAKE! HURT MEEE MOOOARR!!!!
The house looks like it’s Fair distance from the town itself
And as someone from the more rural parts I can tell you locked doors are rare
This is my favourite movie. Of all time. From any genre. It's fucking perfect.
There is a clerks poster in the video store. Jay and silent Bob are in scream 3
2:08 Elm Street even makes an appearance in the new Scream movie 👍
I have always been of the mind that when they were shooting this movie, they had three killers in mind with Dewey being one of them.
This is the reason why areas with shitty gun laws face these kinds of problems.
