    Hi Liz from Toowoomba, about 2 hours inland from Briz Vegas. We are almost 700m above sea level on the Great Dividing Range so it gets a bit nippy in winter. I have just discovered your channel and am now addicted! I think we are sisters from another mother. I have "verbal diarrhoea" as my mum used to say. One of my bosses
    put it more kindly and called me a compulsive communicator!
    You must have been collecting succulents for ages!!
    I will be binge watching your channel from the start.
    I don't have much garden space but have an empty garage that gets plenty of light

    Its extremely exciting to see a succulent haul. Pls dnt stop. Echeverias are my fave too. I recently got an echeveria agavoides wild horse which looks totally different from what you have. Its very confusing. Of the recent succulent haul i loved almost all of these. They r beautiful. And waiting for the part 2!!

      I was told that there are two types of E. wild horse. One more like the Red edge and the other one is this. I'm glad you enjoyed this. Working on the next.😊

    Hi, Liz, do you think wild horse and amestro are the same type of thing?

    • @GrowingSucculentswithLizK
      @GrowingSucculentswithLizK  2 года назад

      Wild horse is more like the Benimusume in coloring only much darker and the leaves are similar to Benimusume(points) but have the fatness of Amestro.

    Hi po tita. Thank you for sharing this. I'm interested in that Wild horse now. So pretty.
    Also interested in how to properly care for echeveria prism. I have one which was nicely coloured when she was in partially shaded area but became leggy so I put her in full 🌞 but has now lost its color🙃. I'm in GC QLD. Not sure what to do with her to get her color back lol or does she just show those beautiful colors in winter? 🙂

      I find the soil makes a lot of difference. If I live in your area, I would lean more to the Tropical soil mix. Also, If you hold off on watering...it will start to color up. And when the bottom leaves starts to feel a bit of softness, I'd give them a good soaking overnight with seaweed water and that seems to make the color stay. Good luck.

    • @michelledejesus196
      @michelledejesus196 2 года назад

      Thank you po tita. I will make your tropical soil mix. I already have the supplies but can't get to doing it kc when I finally decided on starting tyaka naman maulan 🙃. I haven't changed anything to my succulent routine. Baka nga po ung ulan ang naging cause for the color to fade. Majority po kc of my plants are out in the open. Have a nice day 😊
