Minimal Expectations 12: How to build a Tops Wagon Part 1

In which we embark on a project to construct two more tops wagons for the tramway. I explain a bit about the design of the wagons and I make up the frame in my tiny workshop. I've had a number of comments asking for a video on making my standard design of wagon so I hope that justifies the long video. Parts of this were shot over two years ago now - the audio and video quality is not very good in this one I am afraid.
