Literally have the rogue plate carrier and wanted a comparison with this vest. Wanted to start rucking for endurance and bone density and ran into gorucks site and then saw they had a weighted vest. All you have to do is take 5 minutes to adjust the back in fitting it to make sure all front velco is attached.

It's interesting that you say it doesn't strench or allow you to breathe. That seems to be the opposite take from some others that put it through the ringer. Either way, I'm glad you found one you like to use.

Best vest for if you want to PR things...easily the most comfortable and mobile. Just not as cool looking as a carrier though vastly more practical.
