Thanks, I picked up some helpful ideas there. i have just done my first three bases and they have taken far too long and I think that is primarily because my paint is too thick.
Nice work but way too much time consuming considering that you painted 20 men while an entire army does count several hundreds ...perhaps even more than one thousand ...and this multiplied by two.
Thank you! I paint in groups of 10 stands one cannon stand and a commander. All in the steps I took... makes mass painting pretty quick I do about a brigade in 2 days. :)
@@chrismodelingworkbench5640Honestly I'm still doubtfull that 15mm is for me while I'ìm used to 28mm ...I was given a free sprue such as yours with a specific set of colours for ACW and I'll give it a try just to make up my mind but I do find them so small and I don't like guns to look like broom sticks :-)
@@giancarlopaolini7529 I also play 28mm Ancients Roman and Briton, and am going to be starting a German army for WW2! I agree the at the 15mm scale the details get a bit clunky (like the guns) for for really big battles you can get more out on the table. ;)
Thanks for a great painting guide :)
Glad you liked it!
Great job. Hoping to catch more. :)

Thin paints are your friend!
Very nice job, superb mass effect!
Thank you very much!
Very nicely done 👍
Many thanks!
Watching you paint with your left hand is breaking my brain.
LOL I'm naturally ambidextrous (except when writing) I favor my left for most things.😃
Hey Chris, Just found your channel, you have some awesome content. I really enjoyed this video especially the way you do your flags.
Thank you!
leave the blue on the flag its historically correct.
i could not find the list of paints anywhere
