Beauty Bay does have great sales. My only criticism is their slow shipping to the U.S. I'm not a fan of Jeffery S. personally, but I have a palette of his that I use a lot and I have to admit that his matte shadow formula is pretty good. It seems like I have heard good things about his lipsticks too.
Sephora's sales are a joke. For a long time, though, that 20% was the most you could ever expect to get off those higher end products, with very few exceptions.

I agree with you about Jeffrey Star I think he makes amazing quality and creative makeup. I don’t get why people are so against seeing it, I disassociate the person with the makeup brand . I’d be happy to see a tutorial using his products!
