What the heck?!?! I needed this to work so I could recommend it to my friend who has the stray cat issues. The water spray would definitely keep the cats away, but the sensitivity sensor malfunctioning is a deal breaker, plus the fact that it won’t turn off 😢😕
No worries I'm looking for another 😅
Mine works as advertised 👍🏼
Thank you for providing your video. I am so tired of cat poop in my yard.
Thank you for the demonstration emon
No problem! I can't wait till the good weather comes back. I need to review more of these. Take care!
Sent mine back for a refund. It was absolute garbage. Batteries would drain on the off position overnight and when I tried new batteries 8 times I go the same results. When it did work after new battery installation it would go off on sensitivity at one on things not moving. Got the orbit motion sprinkler and it’s fantastic. Awesome review btw.
Thanks! A lot of people are having issues with this product. I looked up the product you are talking about, and I see that it is $90 on Amazon new and $30 used. I saved it on my Amazon list and am waiting to review it when springtime comes. Take care!!
I have dealt with old school motion detectors like these with C.C.T. cams and it's not the most efficient, However they do work. Note: You Placed it in a shaded area and since the motion detector is light sensitive when you placed your hand in front of it in close proximity it did not react do to the fact you and the device were in the same shaded area. That's why the majority of these devices are accompanied by inferred lights to increase censor visibility. Again it is more light reactive than actual motion detection works great on a well lit moonlight sadly not so much without the aid of some form of nearby lighting. I hope this info is helpful.
That was AWESOME!!!!! Sorry but it’s the same thing that would happen to me!!! Thank you.
No worries! I might give it a second chance. I will be doing some more sprinkler sensor reviews soon. Take care!
I just bought this... wish i saw this video first. Im a subscriber now.
Hope mine works ok.
Sorry for the late reply. This video was a rollercoaster 🤣 I will review different ones when spring time comes back. Thanks and take care!
It work on squirrels and birds?
You got a bunk one, my bro. Email the manufacturer. Mine goes off after a few seconds but the issue I have with mine is that it’s a total battery drainer, especially taking 2 little AA batteries. I feel like I’m changing them once a week. Overall I’m disappointed with it too. Guess I’ll have to spend some more money on a better quality one. Like the old saying goes… you get what you pay for.
Thanks for the info!!!
You’re totally wrong on it turning off. I’ve had mine for 2 weeks. Sensors on 3 and only activated when an animal approaches. It’s runs for 5 seconds and ALWAYS shuts off.
Maybe I should revisit it. I usually give products a second chance on this channel. And it's time to review sprinklers again. I dont edit out faults on products. I show the public real-time demonstrations.
Good review and video.
Thanks for the video. I'm in the market for one of this type but not this one.
No problem! Im gearing up for the spring for Reviewing more of these. Take care!
doesn't look like 100 feet!
Nice.
Mine works the same. Sucks
Wow 😮 must be a manufacturing defect. I thought it was just me. Lol.
@@ALWAYSOCCUPIEDTV Yeah. I'm trying the hoont right now. So far so good for just 3 days. Had a little leak that required plumbers tape. We'll see how it plays out otherwise have to try the orbit.
Exactly the same here.... bad stuff
These are Chinese junk. Plus you would need about 4 of these for a backyard.
Thanks Buddy
No problem 👍
