Keri looking absolutely ripped! I’ll be honest, being so used to seeing Brian so large he looks comparatively small to his peak nearly a hundred lbs down from 2017 WSM. Such a crazy transformation.
I see two people living their best lives and that is what matters in the end. Inspiration for miles.
Yeah it's such a big difference. I weighed 315 March 1st 2023 at 40+% body fat. It's march 19th today and Im down to 215 so 100 pounds lost over the year. I've lost a lot of body fat and it's crazy that you guys worked so hard to shave just a few percent and lost a little body weight.
Next step is to get in shape because I feel like I'm skin and bone at this point with not much lean mass. I'm 49 so hopefully it's not too late to get back into good shape!

The biggest difference I see in Brian is in his NECK and FACE. What an absolute transformation. Brian has always looked like a bodybuilder during the off season. And Keri makes me want to do an hour of sit-ups. Congratulations to both of you!!!

Both work hard as competitive people, but they always respect each other for their efforts and just appreciate the effort of people who joined the effort. It is very impressive, though not that healthy. It's like being ~8% as a man. I think they're past having kids, but it certainly wouldn't be good for that. Impressive as it is, I don't like the trend of women thinking they need visible abs to be in shape. Health-wise, appeal-wise, and in everything else, there's no point to it except showing that you can.

It’s a great point you made and I think good for people like me to hear coming from you that it’s okay if you’re not 100% perfect in your diet or workout and a couple bad days aren’t gonna completely derail it. After all, most of us aren’t competing for anything except trying to better ourselves and our lives.

The transformation in her abs is amazing. In just six weeks? I'm currently 3 weeks into my own transformation so this is inspiring.
They way Brain navigates carefully and surgically through his many grand achievements and tribulations over the years with dedication and patience, building up to a solid titanium figure as THE strongman, but even more amazingly now, going through his retirement with such a precise goal of decompressing and shedding weight in preparation of his golden years is honestly such a sight to behold. What a master of his craft! I sincerely hope he and his family get to spend the rest of his days in peace and prosperity! 🤗

The numbers just aren’t realistic tho. Reality check is: with 10% less fat, you wouldn’t be stage ready and 6% body fat.
You got in great shape I‘m absolutely not denying that, just saying the algorithm to calculate this, probably isn’t made for superhumans like you.

idk why that isn't believable, if he lost 37.5 more pounds of pure fat I would think he'd be very lean at 337 given he is 6'8" and obviously has an insane amount of muscle mass. He's much taller than basically every bodybuilder and stronger than all of them too.
@@_MasochistI myself have lost about 39 lbs preping for a bodybuilding show last October over a period of 6 months. My starting point was leaner and I ended up at proably like 7-8%. I'm about 6'1". If you size that up to him, that makes absolutely no sense. He would proably have to lose over 70 lbs, to get shredded (maybe even more).
you lost 39 pounds, but based on these results in the video it is unlikely it was pure fat. Brian lost 10lbs here with about half being fat and half being muscle. So if he lost 37.5lbs (10% of his current mass) at a similar ratio, it would be pretty much spot on with the 70lbs total that you suggest. wrong?

You're right that it's never just fat but the ratio absolutely shouldn't be 50/50.
@@_Masochist just watch athleanX latest video where he talks about weight loss. anything between 8-15% muscle loss is ok but anything beyond that would be concerning! people loosing 30%+ with ozempic have serious health concerns, so theres no way you should loose half muscle, half fat.

Keri's trying to talk about how often she went off-plan should be taken as some peace of mind. You don't have to be 100% strict at all times. The discipline is definitely a good thing, but letting loose here and there and still making such great progress, is something to be commended. Great job to both of you!

Since december 15th of 2023, I've quit drinking and gotten it under control big time, I've lost 70 lbs, some of which may be muscle, but that's fine I have a muscular build and I can always work to get it back. My mental health is through the roof, my confidence is high and I feel amazing. And for those wondering or that figured it out reading this? Yeah, I still kinda miss her. Lol
i had my transformation during the covid lockdown 2020 uk, went from 32st9lbs to 15st3. no help and stuck with the skin but it is what it is. stay safe all, one love

I'm really happy to see Brian taking this route on his fitness journey. Powerlifting is impressive, but not the best for your body. Its rare to find a powerlifter that big at such a healthy bodyfat.
