A dremmel with a disc cutter for metal would have done a much better job removing the bolts...just me saying. It doesnt detract from the M12 bandfile so useful on many jobs and tasks but not at its best on this case you kindly brought us. Thank you for posting.

I think the milwaukee die grinder could do almost all of what the band file could do, no?
