Man, thanks a lot, super useful video. When you said "go to the back and remove the router power, throw it away" helped. I kept thinking it was still essential and I was not winning.
Thank you and thank you for watching Bonga
A little late to the video but I'm gonna get this little guy, even though load shedding has gotten better these days, it'll be nice to have internet non stop, its gonna be great for me as a Rain service user. Great video.
The best video ever. I'm all setup thanks to you. Thank you 🙏🏼 🤗
Thank you and thank you for watching
Ordered one today from Takealot. Very excited to be able to have internet whilst the power is out
For sure. It lessens the pain of Load-shedding
Thanks so much for an easy installation
Thank you Jenny and thank you for watching
Hi happy holidays. I want to get one of these for my parent. How is it holding up and are you still using it? Thanks
We are still using it and working as well as the day we got it. Thank you for watching
What about the voltage written behind? One output 5V and another is just output.
9V and 12V???
Any info on those?
Not sure. I know only as much as I said and thankfully I have not broken it yet. Thank you for watching and sorry I couldn't be more help
My router needs 19 v and 2.37A, can it give this voltage?
I'm not sure, but it works great for my needs.
I see you have a can of 'castle lite' on your printer 🖨. What do you use it for on the printer?
To keep the guy printing cool. Thank you for watching
@@STUFFWEDO 😆 🤣
Is it safe to always leave it plugged in charge and connected to the router 24/7?
Hi Simba. Yes it is, that is what it was made for. Thank you for watching
@@STUFFWEDO Thanks for that answer, that's what I've been trying to find out for a long time
😂 I love my country damn
How can i recharge it when its down
Ive been trying and its not charging
It should always be plugged in, so it should never be run down
That's all nice but how do I get a wireless connection working during loadshedding on that thing? Meaning, I need to power the router and dish.
This will power the router but not the dish. We only need the router to be on so it works for us. You seem to need something a bit more substantial
@@STUFFWEDO Turns out the UPS required to power both has a POE and LAN port at the back. The POE powers the dish.
Very nice. I have no idea what the other holes are for. Thank you for the information
Mine says no internet connection on my phone, how do I solve that? Currently experiencing loadshedding
It might be the towers not the ups
Sorry Gerhard jy het my. Ek is net so slim soos my vrou my geleer het. (Oor die ding)
My batteries have gone flat how do l change the batteries had the inverter for a year and a half
I am not sure. Sorry William but contact the company maybe they can sort you out
Can I plug both the fibre box and router
in the Supa Fly box?
I am not sure but it does have slots for plugs at the back that I am not sure what they are used for. So maybe?
Yes you can. The second output shown at 01:35 is meant for the fibrebox. Just make sure the overall power being drawn by the fibrebox and router does not exceed the power rating of the Supa Fly UPS.
If it does, the Supa Fly has a built in protection which will stop power being drawn by the devices.
My Supa Fly has a rating of 18W while my fibrebox and router combined draw 17W
got mine today
Hi Bandile. So how is it treating you?
I've been charging this UPS vir hele 2dae maar die status is rooi lig...wonder what is die probleem?!
Stuur hom terug. Hy moet in n paar uur groen wees. Jammer
Good day, please assist, bought UPS yesterday but when i plug in on the router, i received the status was red not green? I didn't connect the power cable coz the UPS was fully charged. Please assist?
The ups must always be plugged in.
I have connected mine but my ups red light is on when i dont have power says connected but no internet
I am really sorry but unfortunately I know nothing more than I showed in the video.
My internet connection lasts 30 min. It's not the ups's battery, it's the actual connection. Not sure what needs to be fixed
I have to get a super fly it is perfect
It helps a lot. I hate Eskom
Is this a 10000mAh?
Not sure.
Hi, my IP adres word nie erken nadat my UPS geïnstalleer is. Wat het ek verkeerd gedoen?
It is not suppose to have anything to do with that. It only supplies power.
How long does it last. Or how to we know which one last longer
I am not sure but mine works even during the 4 hour outages
Don' throw it away‼️
I mean,gee🧀eezzz. 😶
How about my wifi with the antena outside
Not sure. Sorry
Got mine today, wifi router is visible but don't connect during loadshedding
Sorry to hear. It might be the internet supplier that also goes off during loadshedding
@@STUFFWEDOdoes this router works on PS4 if the electricity went off
@@DEEP-EYEDX won’t work or it won’t last
hahaha, 'Another plugy thing'
pluggy thing😂
This made no sense at all
