If you are using zoom I've had that happen where I'm stuck on mute when I set my zoom to muted all audio, but when that happens, do the "test audio" function in zoom it releases the mute. This video was nice but my issue is I have an HW720 series I bought a DA90 and it did not fit though where I bought it said it would. This video should have addressed headset compatibility esp since there is DA70-90 series even plantronics is not clear on it. Very annoying.
