Let's not forget a good diet is so important: fruit, veggies, (sweet) potatoes and squashes (Kabocha, butternut),, wholegrains, legumes (beans, chickpeas, lentils), mushrooms, tofu, small amounts of avocado, nuts and seeds more plants, less or no animal products, especially dairy and red meat. Avoid ultra-processed food and skip oils as much as you can, especially coconut and palm oil. Olive oil is a processed food and like all oils, the most fattening food on the planet, you don't need it! If you're carrying a spare tyre around your tummy and have high blood pressure cut back on oils and fats. Carbs are not the enemy if they're unprocessed like potatoes, rice - just don't drown them in fatty/meaty toppings, eat with lovely veggies instead. Google how to sautee without oil and no-oil salad dressings
You are so right about feet. I do a regular foot treatment. Soak in warm water with sea salt and soda bicarbonate. Dry and use a foot file. Trim nails. Then rub in a specific foot cream (I use Clarins) and put on socks
Caster oil works great for brows and eyelashes. The woman who does my brows noticed my new growth before I told her. The oil does not make any extra or unwanted hair grow on your face. Thank you for everything, Nada!
Brilliant, thank you Nada. Our feet should be treated with great care, I use bath oils and a pumice stone to make them baby soft. My feet feel and look better than ever at 58 years young. I cut my toenails square, not round. I use Hydromol from the chemist's/doctor all over the body, including lips, it's a wonder product easily absorbed that can be used as cream, soap, bath oil, etc. absorbs quickly. I definitely need to do something about my teeth so thank you for the tip. And yes, I need to use tinted moisturiser with SPF instead of powder. Hands - mine look really old, I should have used sunscreen instead of plain moisturiser and definitely worn gloves more in the kitchen
I love red lipstick but it always bleeds and migrates into my lip lines. I’ve used primers, lip pencils, etc. still have that issue. How do you keep your lips looking so fresh?
@@vickiporter6251 that is frustrating. Have you tried a reverse lip liner? Or honestly any nude or clear liner. They can keep the lipstick in place without adding any additional color. I also really like making sure that my lips are blotted and then applying along wearing lipstick. Mine is the NYX Smooth Whip. It is a light and hydrating while still being long wearing and does not bleed. I will often smooth out the lip line with a lip liner after I add the lipstick and it lasts.

You do have to be careful with the lash and brow growth serums. They can cause dermatitis and other health issues. I used to use them all the time. Now that I am in my 60s, I had a reaction to the serum in the skin around my eyes. I miss full lashes, but I don't want dermatitis and inflamed skin, so I no longer use them.

It was awful. I developed a sudden sensitivity or allergy to acrylic products and so I almost lost my nails after a gel manicure, even though I had been getting them for years
Great video. My too suggestions are Avon Cracked Heal Cream. This does wonders overnight. They offer two different heal creams so make certain it's Cracked Heal Cream. Secondly, I've recently switched my makeup to Jones Road Beauty and at 57 I am loving the Miracle Balm and What The Foundation. They are very moisturizing and leave a beautiful natural look. My skin is improving too.

Not at all a good diet.
I like cream blush but within a couple of hours they disappear from my face!

The lash products that contain prostaglandin are a no no since it has been found to take away fat deposits around the eye area.

I checked out the lipstick, but it was hard to know how it would look on my face since all the models had so much facial hair. 🤔

Thinning hair--have hormones, etc checked, as well.
I just bought the VB Dickey blazer in red! Hope you can approve it for me when we have our call.

You said you almost lost your nails? Please explain.
It was awful. I developed a sudden sensitivity or allergy to acrylic products and so I almost lost my nails after a gel manicure, even though I had been getting them for years
Suddenly! That’s seriously frightening, they use strong chemicals so very likely.
@@NadaManleyAcrylic nails with gel?
@@janedelaney4327 no just a regular gel manicure.
