Thank you Jack, delighted to hear you have enjoyed it. It's a busy junction station that is for sure. And the gateway for Conwy Valley, Snowdonia and beyond to Holyhead.
Hi Rick, i recommended you check out the conwy valley line, great scenery and Blaenau Ffestiniog station is great with the steam train station next to it
Hello Ben. Sadly, I didn't have the time for this holiday but next year, I am planning to stay hopefully for 7 days. To say the least, soo much to do in such short space of time. The Ffestiniog Railway connects for it. In its hay day, there used to be a Ffestiniog Quarry Railway bringing slate down from the summit. Thanks for the advice and will plan it in the future Ben :-)
To be honest with you Ben, I am not aware that the 175's are going considering that they have all been refurbished? Well, if this is true then it will be odd if they are going. But, anything can happen so lets say for now: Let us wait and see what happens.
Brilliant Video I used to change trains at Llandudno Junction when I used to do Llandudno Journeys
