I love the backdrop for the bed! Helps delineate space. I don't consider the lack of a microwave a minus. I'm 52 and have never owned one. I can buy some lettuce and eat salad & tuna fish.

First off, gotta congratulate you on a job well done for this review. We're staying in the Los Angeles area for a few nights in November and are considering Tangerine for this stay. Just a question though - would you say there's any noise from say the street or the nearby freeway? When looking at a map, it looks like the freeway is just a few yards off :)

how safe is the neighborhood?
+Margie Rabelo Quite safe, in my opinion. I probably wouldn't want to walk around any neighborhood in the middle of the night but I did walk to dinner and felt completely safe here.
