hi Noam, I dont use a garmin type device so can not tell what speed I reached. By "track" I assume you mean the location & route ? This is the Millers Run which is in False Bay in Cape Town. On a Reverse, when the NW is blowing, we put in at Fish Hoek beach and end up at Millers Point
