I might be taking a bit of creative liberty here, but the title suddenly clicked for me and suddenly the song changed to me. Anybody remember the supposed Native American tale about the two wolves that live inside? One is good and great and the other is dark and evil. When asked which one will win the chief would answer: "The One You Feed".

This is seriously the start of my life.
So guys, I just wanted to share a quick story with you. When these guys got put on their first headlining tour, their first stop was Toledo. So, I went. and they were unbelievable. David Escamilla, (the screamer), made a quick speech about depression, and self-loathing before they played this song. After the show, I met them, and my girlfriend had been struggling with self-harm. Well, I shared this to David, and he made me a video to show her. He is such a great guy. Huge respect to the band.

So I've seen this bands name pop up everywhere lately for some reason and never bothered to give them a listen until today. I'll never make that mistake again. They're awesome!

These guys are taking this genre up to the next level. This is so refreshing to hear. They have so many parts and noises to every song on this album and you can tell they really tried and succeed making this album quality.

Favorite band. Dave's scream vocals seriously take this band to another level. Not to discredit Andy. Andy and Dave together is a perfect vocals balance. But if I could only have one person on vocals it would be Dave.
