Reggio is my hometown ❤ you passed the location of where my childhood home stood before Hurricane Katrina at the 2:00 mark 😢 the raised home at the 2:21 mark was where my uncle’s home stood
Thank you very much for you to reduce the speed of the video. Thank you from the heart Will follow forever Im from Thailand. I love and love the American countryside very much. I want to visit America once in my life if there is a chance. Thank.😘😘😘😍😍😍✌🏽✌🏼✌🏿✌🏻✌🏾
As the crow flies, it’s only about 15 miles from the edge of the major light sources, so it probably doesn’t get as dark as you’d think. In my experience, you have to go about 30-40 miles out to be able to get that pitch darkness like you would need to, for example, get a good view of a meteor shower.
@@kennypalermo9071 I heard that some buc-ees have 60 gas pumps. So, I was making a joke about someone saying they want gas "in the gray car" which would be very difficult to spot, if there are 60 pumps. :-)
Any time a storm surge is expected, the flood gates are closed. They issue a mandatory evacuation when they’re going to close them. Anyone who doesn’t get out then is stuck until they reopen the gates. For instance, they were cut off for Ida and Zeta.
Not much choice unless you want to move inland. I couldn't see walking up and down all of those stairs. But if I had to do something like that, I'd install breakaway walls around the underside, and have a huge garage.

Very nice 👏
Thanks 😊
Really enjoyed the St. Bernard series! I bet it gets pitch dark at night!

Zeta took the sign as a souvenir.
That would explain it! There was a lot of fresh damage down in this area from Zeta.
@@504RoadTrips Can you check out Buc-ee's in central Georgia?
@@kennypalermo9071 "I'd like 10 on uh, the gray car- that's pump 57, I think." Bucee's is insane! I didn't know they were in Georgia now.
@@jimmybee7966 What d you mean by then?

Is this like a beach at the end?
No, just bayou and marsh.
@@504RoadTrips What's today?
How often does Delacroix get cut off from the rest of the area?

I see you have those idiots who like to do wheelies at intersections as we do in Australia..
We call those “doughnuts” here. That would be a prime location for that. Nobody around and not likely to be any police to put a stop to it.
I just can't understand living in a house on stilts. I know why, but...
