A fantastic band, everyone of them a great musician and performer and one of the greatest vocalists out there. Their music varies a lot drawing on all sorts of styles and genres. Live they are amazing.

Love this song and band, first time hearing this song, it is definately a ballad. They play modern instruments, electric guitar and bass and drum set with traditional japanese instruments. Songs are usually hard rock/metal. Their stage shows are spectacular. Thank you for reacting to this video.

Queen of the night is the name of the flower, that blooms at night and fades away with dawn.
The band has some anime and movies music.

Welcome to the world of Wagakki Bands. The greatest band on earth.
Yuko (the vocalist) is the driving force behind the band and has gathered all the members.
WGB constantly puts together big shows, One of Japan's most popular bands at the moment. Everyone is professional on their instruments, All songs are good, no one is equal, Metal, rock, jazz, ballads, funny songs, sad songs, etc.
WGB is an 8 piece band:
Yuko Suzuhana - Shigin, vocals (Founder of WGB)
    Machiya - guitar, vocals (Arrangement)
Beni Ninagawa - tsugaru shamisen (Three strings (guitar looks like))
Kiyoshi Ibukuro - koto (Japanese National Instrument)
    Asa - bass
Daisuke Kaminaga - Shakuhachi (Bamboo Flute)
    Wasabi - drums
Kurona - wadaiko, Taiko (Traditional Drums)
Can highly recommend: Hakushu Kassai from Daishinnenkai 2018

Wagakki Band is my favorite! Their live performances are so energetic and engaging.. Every member is a master of their instruments and several teach at University. All eight members compose which gives a Lot of variety. The vocalist, Yuko, often performs sword and fan dances, is a concert pianist, and is a master Shigin (Japanse poetry chanting) vocalist.
If you are interested in English lyrics, watch CC W channel. He has most of their videos and taken the time to give us subtitles!
    Check out:
    Sasameyuki, composed by Machiya:

This is not normally a song I recommend to a first-time WGB listener, but you got to meet the goddess Yuko-san. Asami and Yuko are my favorite singers. Yuko-san is so amazing and beautiful. Check out more WGB songs, especially their live concert stuff. They put on the most amazing shows. Most fans seem to love Beni on the shamisen, but the whole band is top-tier talent.

月下美人(Gekkabijin) is title of song and it means night blooming cereus. It blooms only in night. I hope this info gives some additional thought about MV...

Although this is a good example of a Wagakki Band ballad, it is unusual for a first look at the band. As with other Japanese bands, you need to see them live. Here is a link to a live song from them called Kishikaisei: ruclips.net/video/BSDzyP-2LbA/видео.html&ab_channel=FrankGarc%C3%ADa This song is more in their style, a mix of traditional Japanese instruments and the usual rock band instruments. The singer mixes the Japanese style of poetry singing called shigin with a usual western singing voice. It does not matter she sings in Japanese, the music is wonderful.

I love to see your face change when you start listen this song and see PV. 😂 I think the man has a death curse on him.
Man meets lady of flower fairy (Gekka Bingin - The life of the flower is as short as one day a year. They bloom only night) they likes each other when they met. But, she transfers the curse to herself and scatters at dawn. all his curse removed his body. But, she had to gone. Little sad, but beautiful love story... This is very nice with Japanese traditional singing and instrument. I miss those sound...

You don't have to worry about the lyrics so much. It doesn't mean that much. Even Japanese don't understand the meaning well.
