I’ve never used cinnamon rolls for peach cobbler. I like that idea! I’m going to try it. I just use pie crust in the bottom and on top. I use all can peaches. That’s how my mom used to make it. Thanks for your recipe.

Lol that is so true what you said about cooking. My kids always pick with me about how I make stuff. I never measure. They be like "Mom how are we supposed to cook it if we don't know the measurements?" I say "You just know!" I tell them soul food cooking is about cooking from the heart!!! Helen the cobbler looks delicious! My Thanksgiving menu will be turkey, cornbread dressing, greens with smoke turkey tails and mac n cheese. My 15 year old daughter will make the cakes and I will make some sweet potato pies and your peach cobbler. I love the convection oven too and really appreciate a good kitchen gadget.

Hi Helen. Not much of a sweet eater but will try this. It’s faster and easy from the way I would normally make a cobbler. That cobbler looks delicious. I have the Cosori Air Fryer but have to check out that oven.
